A session for individuals or groups of 4 – 20 participants offers:

An Experience of Deep Hypnotic Relaxation

followed by tuition and practise of

Self-Hypnosis

for the client's ongoing use in everyday situations.

Hypnosis is a verbal technique which allows the client to gain
